ANTI-SMOKING AND SPITTING ACT OF WEST BENGAL, 2001

West Bengal Government implemented an Act to prohibit the use of tobacco in any form and spitting in places of public work or use and in public service vehicles throughout the state and made provisions for the protection of health of non-smokers and minors.
